We did it Ourselves - Was it Worth It?
We did it Ourselves - Was it Worth It? In this video we take you through one of our biggest projects to date. We had been quoted 30,000 euros to do the entire project, we felt this was too much so we opted to do it ourselves. In this episode we tackled the fence and gate installation that would secure our driveway and give us peace of mind for our two miniature schnauzers, keeping them away from our main gates. We are DIY amateurs who are working to restore our 200 year old property so everything is a learning curve and doing it ourselves can have both pros and cons - so was it worth it doing it ourselves?
