A Hail Mary pass is a very long forward pass in American football, that is attempted at the end of a half when a team is too far from the end zone to execute a conventional play, made with very little chance of completion (implying that it would take a miracle for the play to succeed). We all need the Hail Mary Pass that allows us to make a major effort when we want to accomplish something that looks impossible by surrendering our doubt and taking action, trusting Spirit to reveal new possibilities and move us toward success.
