In this video, we walk through the full Quest 3S repair: cleaning off the burn damage, tearing down the melted shell, diagnosing a dead screen, discovering heat-cracked lenses we've never seen before, and replacing the LCD assembly, speaker arm, and camera array to bring it back to life.
