The timelines for both Saket and Payal seemed a bit unrealistic [05:01, 08:35]. Saket's career path felt rushed [07:59], and Payal's achievements at such a young age were hard to believe [08:57]. I also found Payal's character inconsistent, especially when she didn't stand up for herself against her parents' emotional blackmail [10:22, 11:45]. The book seemed to normalize some unhealthy behaviors, like forcing someone into a marriage they don't want [13:09]. And honestly, Saket's 12-year obsession with Payal felt a bit ridiculous [18:13]. The explicit scenes were also a bit much, especially with Payal's naivety [20:26, 20:33]. And the 'walk-in' scene with her parents was just... uncomfortable [22:41].
