How did CHETAN BHAGAT ever get away with this?!

TW: Sexual Assault, Mentions of Abuse, Alcohol abuse Does being weak in English gives you a pass for being a creep? Well, Chetan Bhagat certainly thinks so! I knew of course, even before picking up the book that it would be outdated, problematic with toxic possessiveness and casual sexism sprinkled in. What I wasn't prepared for was the outright sexual abuse that the main character of the book inflicts upon the love interest. If you think Madhav's behavior is excused that's your opinion, but everything that I pointed out was objective abuse, nothing subject to interpretation.
