Ancholme Valley Way parkrun, #235 on 13/07/24

Saturday the 13th July, running the Ancholme Valley Way parkrun 235th parkrun and 1st at Ancholme Valley Way Another simple out and back route a long side the river, while not raining at the time, there was dampness in the air and the path was a little greasy underfoot after the recent rain. Maintained a fairly even pace throughout, dipping a little around the turn around point, but built back up and held on to the end, with a kick in the final stint.
