How To Install A Battery Adapter - Power Tool Conversion

In this video I rebuild my old battery-powered string trimmer from Black & Decker. It functions great aside from the pretty bad battery that's beyond its lifespan. My goal is to rebuild the battery with fresh 18650 cells in the future but for now, I decided to rebuild the trimmer so it can use my DeWalt batteries. For this, I purchased a battery adapter for my DeWalt batteries and mounted it on the string trimmer. This video shows the full rebuild process for those who wish to do a similar rebuild/conversion of their battery-powered tools, It's quite a simple DIY project. This rebuild works for any brand as long as you match the voltage.
