Unreal how Houston let this lot get this way

We have been fighting a little dumping for the last year and a half here in Houston, Texas unfortunately our fight as community members get left on deaf ears from those Power that can actually put rules and procedures in place to minimize illegal dumping. What will it take for us to actually have changed in our community who is ready to make that change until that happens Clean The Block will continue to fight and continue to push forward with the help of you all online.
