Tren Llanquihue - Puerto Montt: El regreso de los TLD (Parte 1)

(ES) Ya ha pasado más de un año desde que el tren vuelve a circular en Puerto Montt y ha sido el gran regreso de los automotores TLD. Desde la puesta en marcha del servicio, el tren Llanquihue - Puerto Montt ha trasladado a más de 450 mil pasajeros. No obstante, aún queda mucho por mejorar, tal como lo menciono en el Corto "Tren Regional Victoria - Puerto Montt, 20 años después":    • Tren Regional Victoria - Puerto Montt, 20 ...   A continuación, la primera parte de una serie de compilados que mezcla registros en plena vía y a bordo. Since the service began, the Llanquihue–Puerto Montt train has carried more than 450,000 passengers. It is clear that, although these trains do not operate at the same speeds they did when running between Victoria and Temuco —due to the condition of the track on a route that includes several curved sections— they provide a decent service that, we hope, will continue to improve and expand in the future. In addition, as you can see (01:05) that almost all passenger traffic during the morning rush hour is concentrated in the direction of Llanquihue–Puerto Varas–Puerto Montt, so it is common for the first train heading toward Llanquihue to be nearly empty. It is likely that the addition of new stations in the future (particularly in Puerto Varas and Llanquihue) could change this situation.
