Then, the basic plumbing, electrical, and sanitation installations are carried out, followed by masonry and the construction of structures and finishes. Finally, carpentry, painting, and final finishes are completed, such as the installation of windows and doors and the application of paint, culminating in the cleaning and handover of the renovated space. Planning and Design: Initial Assessment: The current state of the property is analyzed, the objectives and needs of the renovation are defined, and plans of the current state are drafted. Design and Budget: The technical project is developed, the layout of the spaces is chosen, the materials are selected, and a detailed budget is established. Licenses: The necessary building permits and licenses are processed at the City Hall. Demolition and Debris Removal: Once the permits are obtained, the elements to be renovated, such as partitions, floors, and wall coverings, are demolished. All debris is removed, and the space is prepared for the next stages. Installations: Work is carried out on the installations, such as plumbing, sanitation, and electrical systems. Pipes, drains, and electrical wiring are renewed, and energy efficiency improvements can be incorporated. Masonry and Construction: The new partitions or walls are built, false ceilings are erected, and the floors and wall coverings are installed. This is the moment when the house begins to take shape, and the aesthetic finishes are defined.
