Some Days Are Just Tender | Day 84 of 365

Today's Stability Moment™ is a little different. There wasn't a crisis. There wasn't a breakthrough. There was simply a tender heart. Today I found myself missing my husband, Steve. After 35 beautiful years together, there are still days when grief quietly visits. And that's okay. I've learned that stability doesn't mean we stop feeling. It means we create enough inner safety to let our feelings move through us without believing something is wrong. Today, I chose to celebrate our love, our life together, and the beautiful memories that continue to live in my heart. If you're missing someone today, I hope this reminds you that tenderness isn't weakness. It's love with nowhere physical to go.
