Riz au Poulet - Khao man gaï - Shingapore chicken rice - Kumiko Recette

This is a dish I ate in Thailand and Singapore. I've combined the two recipes a bit. Serves 2-3 300g rice. I use Japanese rice, like the rice used for risotto, but you can use basmati. 3 mini tomatoes for the sauce 15 mini tomatoes for cooking 300g boneless chicken thighs cilantro kaffir lime leaves 2 tbsp fish sauce for the sauce and 1 tbsp for the marinade a little pepper half a chicken bouillon cube 1 clove of garlic 300ml water 1 tsp sugar 10g ginger 1 tbsp lemon juice #kumikorecette #chicken #rice
