Offshore Adventures Swimming with Seals - 23 October 2025

🦭 One of the most unforgettable experiences I've ever had! Swimming with hundreds of playful Cape fur seals in the crystal-clear waters of Plettenberg Bay was nothing short of incredible. After an exhilarating beach launch aboard the Robberg Express, we headed to the breathtaking Robberg Nature Reserve and Marine Protected Area, home to around 6,000 Cape fur seals. Then came the best part... jumping into the ocean with a qualified dive guide and spending 30 magical minutes surrounded by curious, playful seals in their natural habitat. There are no tricks, no feeding, and no interference—just a genuine opportunity to experience these amazing wild animals exactly as they should be. If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure while visiting the Garden Route, I can highly recommend this experience. It's exciting, humbling, and something I'll remember forever.
