You can modify recipe accordingly -750 Gram Ghee -750 Gram Onions 30 Mutton Paya 2 Mutton Whole Brain 12 TBSP Ginger / Garlic Paste -10 TBSP Red Chili Powder 8 TBSP Corainder Powder 2 TBSP Turmeric Powder 6 TBSP Salt 4 TBSP Paya Masala ( Recipe of Paya Masala is attached and explained in video) 4-5 Bay Leaves 6-7 Sticks of Cinnamon 15 Cloves 750 Gram Yogurt In a deep vessel add ghee and onion and cook onion until they turn transparent. After that add paya and cook it for 4-5 minutes. After that add all the spices mentioned above and cook it for 20 Minutes. Then add 3 Litres of water and let this cook for 30-35 minutes of medium flame. After that we will add we will add Yogurt and cook it for 20-25 Minutes. Once its cooked we will add 6 Litres of water and cook it until it reaches boiling temperature. After that we cook this in pressure cooker for 35-40 Minutes. Once it is cooked garnish it with some garam masala and your healthy paya recipe is ready to be served and enjoyed.
