Chasing Kona: 5 Weeks to IRONMAN Jacksonville

Solid week. Ended up right around 15 hours total. I kept the focus of this weeks vlog on the big weekend work- A hilly 16 mile Ironman focused run, along with a 100 mile ride practicing fueling and pacing around Ironman power on the race bike. Heading into a down week now, so the goal is to absorb the training, shed fatigue, and not do anything stupid.
