That filling that tastes like childhood… dulce de leche brigadeiro with coconut 😋🌸 Let's go? 🥰 INGREDIENTS: 1 can dulce de leche 1 carton heavy cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk 100g flaked coconut @frescoco INGREDIENTS: 6-EGG CAKE 6 eggs (I use jumbo eggs) Vanilla 2 cups of refined sugar 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour 1/2 cup of 50% cocoa powder 100 ml of milk or water (room temperature) 3 tablespoons of oil 1 tablespoon of baking powder Preparation method: Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer for approximately 10 minutes. Sift the flour with the baking powder and then mix everything together in the mixer. Add the water and the tablespoon of oil. After beating in the mixer at low speed, or with a whisk very slowly, bake in a 180º degree oven for approximately 36 minutes.
