This class is your invitation to move with intention and play with possibility. We open with a two part warm up sequence designed to wake up the body from the inside out, building heat and awareness before moving into targeted strength drills that challenge your stability and deepen your control. From there we flow into a two part creative sequence where the real fun begins. Expect figure four hip openers to work deep into the outer hips and glutes, funky pincha explorations for those ready to play upside down, and balance work that asks you to find steadiness in unexpected places. We close with yogis choice time so you can hone in on what your body is calling for that day, whether that is more time in a juicy hip stretch, another go at that arm balance, or simply settling into stillness.
