How to Install a BMCU 370C on the Bambu Lab A1 Mini (Replace AMS Lite)

The AMS Lite works — but on a small desk, it’s a space killer. It gives zero flexibility when you want to move your printer. In this video, I remove the AMS Lite from my Bambu Lab A1 Mini and replace it with a BMCU 370C, mounted directly on top of the Z axis. The goal: a cleaner, more compact multicolor setup that actually belongs on the printer instead of the desk.
