How I make fufu in Sweden 🇸🇪 (diaspora version)

Hi everyone 😊 In today’s video, I’m sharing how I make fufu and spinach stew here in Sweden as a Cameroonian living in the diaspora. This is not the exact version I grew up eating back home, but it’s my way of adapting and still enjoying a meal that feels familiar and comforting. Living abroad has definitely changed the way I cook. Some ingredients are harder to find, so I’ve learned to substitute and create my own version using what’s available. In this video, I use mannagryn as a substitute for fufu and pair it with a simple spinach stew. It may not be traditional, but it works — and it’s become one of my staples here in Sweden.
