This is a muscle training program designed to improve urinary incontinence and frequent urination. We hope it will be useful for addressing urinary incontinence, frequent urination, and preventing the need for nursing care. Do not overexert yourself when exercising, and perform the exercises in accordance with your physical condition. If you feel unwell during the exercises, please stop immediately. [Important Notes on Exercises and Stretching] Perform exercises as far as you can without straining yourself. Sit deep in a chair with a backrest and keep both feet flat on the floor.
