Approvals for 'MSAM batteries, etc.' (Cheongung-2) for Estonia were confirmed consecutively on June 17 and 25, 2026, in the list of preliminary export approvals by the Defense Industry Export Planning Division of the Power Policy Bureau at the Ministry of National Defense. Consecutive approvals within a week suggest that coordination of detailed contract terms has progressed significantly, leading to the observation (analysis) that the signing of the main contract is imminent.
