He said he had discussed the frontline situation, long-range operations, and military strategy with Ukraine's top commander and defense officials. Zelensky accused Russia of deliberately attacking grain facilities and bread production sites, warning that continued disruption of Black Sea grain exports could once again threaten global food security and increase costs for countries that rely on Ukrainian grain imports, including Egypt and Libya.
