Epic Leg Day Building Back Up After A Back Injury. 06/28/2026

I came into this workout tired, stiff and sore, not knowing how it would go. It turned out to be an epic Leg Day. I hit a 290 lb squat AMRAP PR of 18 reps, a deficit deadlift PR of 400 pbs and a nordic curl PR of 30 reps.
