1984 Evinrude 9.9hp Recoil and Carb Clean
In this episode, I bought a 1984 Evinrude 9.9hp outboard. The recoil wasn’t recoiling fully so we fixed that along with cleaning the carb, changing the impeller and changing the gear oil. Once all of that was done, it purred like a kitten. It’s a really nice motor. It’s for sale on Marketplace, but not sure what it will sell for yet.
