I found a hermits cabin, the place where one mountain man carved out a life far away from the modern world and lived by his own rules. A kind and humble man known as Dugout Dick. But the shocking discoveries came next, beyond this forgotten road and while exploring the last outpost. Wildlife and wilderness dominate more than people, and homesteads become reminders of those who tried to carve out a life in this harsh country.
