Loving God does not exempt you from the weary struggles and pain of life. However, if the relationship of love and trust with the Father collapses, life collapses along with it. A person living in excessive worry about their livelihood loses 'love and trust.' Losing love and trust in God is losing everything. He grows increasingly distant from God amidst self-trust, doubt, and worry. Faith is lost amidst disappointment in neighbors, worries about the world, and doubts about God's goodness. It is of no use trying to set life right through self-esteem and human self-consolation. This is because all efforts made while losing 'service and faith' cannot lead to human salvation. Let us remember that Jesus lived out concrete realities alongside us. Let us remember the poverty in the stable, the flight to Egypt, and the arduous labor as a carpenter. Let us not miss a single thing: His gaze, His heart, His footsteps, His prayers, His love, His hope. Let us begin by loving Him again and again, keeping Him by our side, and comforting Him. Let us stop praying while piercing Him with thorns, nailing Him to the cross, turning away from Him, and denying Him. True faith grows through humility and obedience rooted in love and trust. Let us walk this beautiful path of faith together with our Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary. Let us reclaim a faith that loves in trust, loves more, hopes, and praises, rather than the idolatry of worrying and worrying again and entrusting our worries to others.
