Peruvian Food: What You Should Eat

The cuisine in Peru is among the best you will find anywhere in the world. From Ceviche, to Lomo Saltado, to Papa Rellenos the food is varied and delicious, with so many unique flavors. On a recent trip to Lima, I sought out some of the most traditional dishes and tried everything from Cuy (Guinea Pig) to Anticuchos (Beef Heart). It was a culinary adventure that you have to see.
