It was a refurbishment project from a previous abandoned building, now providing care services for elderlies. What surprised me will the establishment behind the brand, which is an international franchise that used to operate Columbia hospitals in Malaysia. The main difference I realized between the first one will be on the location, which targets a different set of audience altogether. But they all still face similar challenges, such as the stigma around such facilities, the required licenses to operate, and the awareness level among the users.
