And a very warm welcome back to What’s For Tea :) for tea tonight I made this lovely chicken & sweetcorn soup…this recipe is very similar to that of our local Chinese takeaway :) and tastes almost identical! Give it a go, and let me know what you think. Everything I used will be listed below, -Cheryl x __________________________________________________________________ Makes enough for 4-5 people ShoppingList: 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil - for frying 2 Garlic cloves, crushed 2cm Piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped 4 Spring onions, sliced 350g Can (12 oz) sweetcorn 1.2 Litres (42 floz) chicken stock 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil 2 Cooked chicken breast fillets - sliced or shredded 2 Egg whites Handful of fresh coriander - chopped *.
