Runners, fix your feet, that is if you want to run faster and pain free. The research does show both that strong feet are fast feet and that strong feet get less injured. Today I talk a little bit about the most common foot problem I see in runners. In fact 1/3 of you or more have some degree of this bunion or “baby bunion” problem. I will explain some conservative options to the knife. I will talk about taping and orthotics and stretching and manual therapy and of course strengthening of your foot.
