This is to prevent injuries and burns from oyster shells. However... ⚠️ If the hot juices inside the steamed oysters stain on your gloves, it could actually cause burns. Reservation Hours Reservations open: Reservations for the following month begin on the first Wednesday of each month during the reservation period. Phone Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (until 3:00 PM on the first Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) Closed: Wednesdays, except during oyster season (May through late September) *Reservations cannot be made more than two months in advance. *Wednesday reservations are only accepted on the first Wednesday of each month. We are also closed by phone on other Wednesdays. *Phone reservations are accepted until 3:00 PM on the first Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of each month. ■Reservation Notes Reservations cannot be made on Wednesdays other than the first Wednesday of each month. Reservations can only be made via the dedicated reservation number [090-5617-1817]. Reservations cannot be made via landline, home phone, email, fax, direct reservations, or text messages from mobile phones or smartphones. When making a reservation, we will ask for your name, number of people, and mobile phone number. The first day reservations open and for 4-5 days after the first day are always extremely busy, resulting in line congestion. Please note that business hours vary depending on the season, so please check the announcements page on this website.
