How to Make COCONUT OIL | Traditional Method

In this video, Mommy shares how to make traditional Cold-Pressed, Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil and Pure Coconut Oil. It was a team effort- Narie husked some coconuts and Uncle Mukesh husked, cracked and grinded most of the coconuts. I hope this video is helpful to you! Mom mentioned that if the oil is made during full moon, the yield is greater. What are your thoughts on this? I haven't tested out the theory yet, but I will in the future. It's also dependent on the type of coconut and how mature it is. We only got 1 1/2 cups of oil from approximately 15 coconuts. 🗒You will need: 🥥10-15 Dry or Mature Coconuts 🥥A Coconut Mill or Grinder (a grater or blender can also be used).
