The Commodore VIC 20 was probably the first computer we encountered here in Poland. It wasn't as popular as the C64, Spectrum, or Atari 800XL and its successors, but its design is familiar to many, as it survived unchanged until the C64 and C16 eras. It also featured the last years of 8-inch drives, the rise of the stock exchange institute, and the first, expensive proofreaders.
