Inside Beijing’s Forbidden City & Famous Peking Duck

Today I’m visiting the forbidden city, one of the largest cites in the world. It’s forbidden because no one could enter or leave without emperor’s permission. The Forbidden City is the world's largest imperial palace complex. Located in the heart of Beijing, China, this 72-hectare site served as the political center and home to 24 Ming and Qing dynasty emperors for over 500 years. Today, it operates as the Palace Museum and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
