Faulty 1960s Twyfords Brampton syphonic
Found this awhile back but didn't get round to uploading it, it has a 90s replacement cistern and they must've not put the aspirator back in properly or the seals have perished, you can hear it but as you can see it doesn't suck properly, also it's not flushing with enough water.
