Hey Dressage Superstar, I am going to answer the question - What do you do when your horse gets heavy on the forehand? The best thing you can do with a horse that gets heavy on the forehand and wants to go on the forehand is transitions - ask for 2 steps of trot and then straight back to walk. The reason we do this is because the horse can never go on the forehand - he has to stay on his hind legs the whole time! Like this video?
