Here it is – my promised video about the so-called "12-Week Year." A method for work and personal development to become more effective, spend less time on everything, and thus be able to schedule more breaks. On my journey to a more mindful and slower-paced life, "more efficiency and productivity" might sound contradictory at first. But that's only true if you fill the time gained with new work and activities. I'm hoping for more freedom and, above all, less guilt about planned and unplanned breaks – just the way I need them. I tried to give the video some structure, and unfortunately, I failed miserably. 🤣 You know me – once I start talking, there's no stopping me. I hope my message is still somewhat understandable.
