This weekend I traveled to Columbus, Ohio for the Arnold Sports Festival to study the bikini division in person. As a bikini pro, events like this are more than just a fitness expo. I wanted to see how the top athletes are showing up, what the judges are rewarding, and how the standard of the division is evolving.
