I Was Diagnosed Autistic at 35 | Why it Felt Like a Mistake ☕ Late Autism Diagnosis in Women

At 35 years old, I was diagnosed as autistic. I thought I would feel relieved. Instead, I felt like a fraud. In this video, I'm sharing what it actually felt like to receive a late autism diagnosis, why I spent months doubting it, and the surprising moments that slowly made me realise the assessors might have been right. For years, I struggled with burnout, overwhelm, social exhaustion, and feeling different from the people around me. When I finally got an answer, I wasn't prepared for the imposter syndrome that followed. If you've ever questioned whether you're autistic, received a late diagnosis, identified as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), or felt like you don't quite fit in, I hope this video helps you feel a little less alone. This isn't a medical explanation of autism. It's simply my personal experience of being diagnosed as autistic at 35 and learning to understand myself differently. Thank you for being here.
