You're Avoiding Your Purpose

I speak about how we're avoiding our dreams because of fear of failure while showing a timelapse of me drawing an illustration for a dnd cover/banner. Our goals are usually so grand that we lose heart before we even start. Making mistakes is inevitable. We have to learn to roll with the punches. I've always hated the advice of "just do it" because it's absolutely right: we tend to overthink everything and get stuck in a analysis paralysis loop where we desperately go through hundreds and thousands of youtube tutorials and reddit posts in order to prepare for learning art, music, etc. Unfortunately, you'll never feel ready; you have to take a leap of faith and trust the process. "Just do it" is true.
