In respects to the most defining construction characteristics of the Adidas Leistung 16 2.0, there are three big ones worth paying attention to. 1. 1" TPU Heel 2. BOA Lacing System 3. Weightlifting Specific Chassis Again, all of these features are designed specifically to enhance an athlete's ability to catch weight and maintain their upright torso/body positioning. And while a higher heel can be great for multiple reasons, it's not for everyone. For example, there are two athletes that may have trouble obtaining the full benefit of the Adidas Leistung 16 2.0. 1. Beginners — If you've never worn a weightlifting shoe, then jumping right to 1" heel may be problematic. 2.
