Goldoni Trattori: a un passo dai TURCHI. Storia, Crisi e Futuro di un Marchio Italiano

⚠️ A historic Italian brand is at risk of falling into foreign hands. This is the story of Goldoni. Goldoni. A name that for generations of Italian farmers was more than just a logo on a hood: it was a point of reference, a symbol of rural mechanization made in Italy. Yet today, that same name finds itself at the center of a crisis procedure, with an auction opened by the Modena Court and dozens of workers at risk. In this video, we retrace the entire history of Goldoni Trattori: from its origins in 1926 in Migliarina di Carpi, in the province of Modena, through the economic boom, expansion into foreign markets, to the crises of recent years, the acquisition by the Belgian Keestrack group, and the current situation. 🚜 THE ORIGINS — Founded by Corrado Goldoni in 1926 in one of Europe's most important manufacturing districts, the company grew alongside post-war Italy. Goldoni tractors became everyday tools for thousands of farms. The Universal model, launched in the 1960s, became part of the history of Italian mechanization. Goldoni also built a solid reputation abroad, specializing in compact and versatile tractors, ideal for viticulture, horticulture, and medium-sized farms. 📉 THE CRISIS AND ARBOS — With internationalization and pressure from major global groups, medium-sized Italian farms faced difficulties. In 2014, Goldoni was acquired by Arbos, which presented itself as an aggregator of historic Italian agricultural machinery brands. However, the acquisition did not yield the desired results: many observers denounced a transfer of know-how to the Chinese brands of the Lovol group, Arbos's strategic partner. The skills developed in Carpi over decades of work were at risk of migrating eastward. 🔄 KEESTRACK AND THE REVIVAL ATTEMPT — In 2021, the Belgian group Keestrack acquired Goldoni and announced an ambitious plan: new models such as the E 60 Stage V, the S 80 and Q 80 families, and the G Farm precision farming system. Among the most significant innovations is the B1e, a compact electric-powered tractor developed with the Swiss company Rigitrac: five electric motors, over 80 kW of power, and a width of just 1,322 mm. A concrete sign of innovation. But the structural challenges remain. ⚖️ THE AUCTION AND THE FUTURE — Today, Goldoni Keestrack is in a negotiated resolution procedure. The Court of Modena has opened an auction with a deadline of April 23. The only offer on the table is from the Turkish group Asko Holding, owner of the Başak brand: €8 million for the entire company, but with the reinstatement of only 41 of 97 workers. The unions have called the proposal unacceptable. The Emilia-Romagna Region is also following the matter closely. The coming weeks will be crucial. 👷 This isn't just about the fate of a brand. It's about the 97 people who work in Migliarina di Carpi, a region, and a know-how that Italy cannot afford to lose. 🔔 Subscribe to the channel and activate the bell: we'll continue to follow this story and keep you updated on any developments. 📌 Follow us also on: 🌐 www.omnitrattore.it #Goldoni #GoldoniTractors #ItalianTractors #Agromechanics #MadeInItaly #Keestrack #Arbos #CorporateCrisis #Tractors #AgriculturalMechanization #Carpi #Modena #EmiliaRomagna #ItalianAgriculture #TractorHistory #B1e #AgriculturalElectrics #PrecisionFarming #Basak #AskoHolding #Metalworkers'Unions #OmniTractor #Agrilevante #EIMA #VintageTractors #ItalianHistory #Viticulture #Horticulture #CompactTractors #UniversalVisit Our website: https://www.omnitrattore.it/ About us: https://www.omnitrattore.it/info/ Facebook:   / omnitrattore   Instagram:   / omnitrattore   Production: Edimotive
