Back in 2016, Case IH and New Holland presented two autonomous tractors with a video on YouTube, specifically an autonomous tractor without a cabin derived from a Case IH Magnum. From then on, all tractor manufacturers, from Kubota to John Deere, brought their concepts of autonomous field vehicles to the attention. However, despite the great excitement around Agricultural Robots, nowadays in the countryside you can see tractors with an average age of around 40 years and the vehicles are not yet autonomous, but rather driven by expert tractor drivers.
