Dear friends, another very tasty dish, a "pizza-like" dish with a zucchini base. It's worth trying because it's truly delicious and simple. And it keeps wonderfully after freezing. ZUCCHINA PIZZA RECIPE Ingredients and preparation: Slice the zucchini thinly on a mandolin. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with spices of your choice and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. After baking and allowing to cool, rotate the base 180°C (350°F) (cheese side down) and spread with pizza sauce, adding your favorite toppings (e.g., mushrooms, onions, capers, olives). Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for a few minutes at 230°C (450°F) (or until the cheese begins to bubble). After a few moments, after cooling slightly, our pizza is ready.
