Dear friends, that day, each of us came up with the idea of ​​making something with zucchini for dinner. Cutlets! After a short, pleasant back-and-forth, we each made our own – together and separately. Did one turn out better? We enjoy each other's cooking, so here are the recipes for both versions of these cutlets. RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS: zucchini with the ends trimmed off, clarified butter, eggs for coating, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, and spices. INSTRUCTIONS: My husband's version - cut the zucchini into 1/2 cm thick slices and pound them with a pestle. Add salt and set aside for 10 minutes. My version - cut the zucchini into semi-circular slices, leaving one end uncut, so that it forms a fan shape. There's no need to salt or wait for the zucchini to release its juices. That's basically all the differences; the rest of the process is the same. Pat the zucchini dry with a paper towel, sprinkle with your choice of spices, Italian seasoning, and salt, then coat in flour, egg mixed with yellow cheese, and breadcrumbs. Fry in clarified butter until golden on both sides. Drain on a paper towel, and they're ready to serve.
