Ingredients: 400 g polenta taragna flour, 2 liters of water, 10 g coarse salt, 300 g formai de mut (a type of cheese), 80 g butter, 6 sage leaves, 1 clove of garlic, 4 slices of polenta, 100 g tomato puree, 100 g mozzarella, 100 g shredded cheese, 3 spears of asparagus.
