This webinar, led by TDHCA staff, provides an overview of corrective action, extension requests, and enforcement. Representatives from Compliance Monitoring, Physical Inspections, Housing Resources, and Enforcement answered questions and offered guidance. The webinar covers the corrective action submission and review process, how extension requests work, and ways to avoid an enforcement referral. Housing partners had the opportunity to ask questions about these processes.
