I'm at Block 217 Garden Waterfront 2 @ Tengah MSCP BTO and filmed the brand new 2025 SLRP Fujitec ZEXIA HDB BTO elevator (Lifts A) serving A decks and using the new Carpark Deck announcements from storeys 1A to 6A and Roof Garden RG with the metallic silver doors and brown interiors under the Chua Chu Kang Town Council for my very first time of! Fun Fact: This BTO project (Garden Waterfront II @ Tengah BTO) uses the brand new 2025 SLRP Fujitec ZEXIA HDB BTO elevators with the metallic silver doors, brown interiors and the serial numbers S/N SG000245L00x instead of the usual SG07000xL00x of!
