Le manoir du Boberil - Un voyage dans le temps

The Boberil Manor has been listed as a Historical Monument since 2018. It is a building of significant heritage value, having been built in 1335, making it the oldest known manor house in Brittany. Over the centuries, the manor has undergone significant architectural changes. It is believed to have influenced architectural styles in other Breton manor houses. Before the building underwent restoration in 2017, an archaeological study was conducted. Based on this archaeological study carried out by INRAP (National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research), it was possible to reconstruct in 3D the various stages of the building's construction, from the 14th century to its final state after restoration. You can discover the different architectural evolutions of the Manor and understand its current layout, the result of this long evolution. A true journey through time that reconstructs elements that have now definitively disappeared.
