MPC Space: 1999 22" Eagle Test Shot Build Part 5

This series of videos documents my building of the Round 2 MPC 22" Eagle Test Shot from Space:1999. I won this kit at a contest at the end of August and received it in mid-September. The production kit has been available since January and has already gone through at least four production runs. In Part 5, she's done! I discuss the Round 2 aftermarket aluminum engine bells and the paints that I used. I also show off the lighting system that I developed for the Command Module and its magnet attachments. The lighting system uses only two LEDs and is powered by a non-rechargable CR-123A three volt battery which lasts a little longer than two AAAs and weighs less. Cost of the battery was under $10.00 and I purchased it from Interstate Batteries.
